An Overview of the Enduring Legacy Press Business Model

1. What Enduring Legacy Press Does
: ELP provides publishing services to its Franchisees / Publishing Partners. ELP enables its Publishing Partners to create high-profit, short-run, local-interest books.

2. How ELP Publishing Partners Make Money: Publishing Partners are owner/operators of local franchises. Utilizing the services of Enduring Legacy Press, these Partners create locally significant books which can be used for local fundraising projects. ELP Partners earn revenues from three sources: A. Book sales; B. Advertising sales; C. Referral income:

A. Local Enduring Legacy Press Books: Each year, ELP produces a number of annually-recurring books, each of which are suitable for local customization.

B. Advertising Sales: Franchisees can either sell advertising directly or help fundraising organizations use ad sales to generate revenue.

C. Referral Fees: ELP Publishing Partners may also earn revenue by referring new Franchisees. These fees are a based upon the Sharing Arrangement published by ELP on its Partners Web Page  To view the current Sharing Arrangement, click here.

3. How ELP Partners Create Value in Their Franchises: Each local Franchise operates  exclusively in a geographical region, subject to the provisions of a Franchise Agreement. Since many ELP books are intended to be annually recurring in nature, Franchisees can expect a continuing stream of revenue from year to year. Additionally, Franchisees who refer other Publishing Partners are entitled to royalty payments based upon the Referral's sales results. Thus, Franchisees can create value by building a recurring stream of income from book sales, advertising revenues, and Referral Fees. For a more detailed discussion of valuation, click here.

Note: Each Publishing Partner operates under the terms and conditions of a Franchise Agreement with ELP, and the exact details of the working arrangement between ELP and its Franchisees are governed by those Franchise Agreements
