Contract Services That May Be Provided by Some Publishing Partners
Publishing Partners are free to
establish their own fee structure for various publishing-related services that are above and beyond
the production of typical ELP books. The following suggested fee structure is
intended as guidelines in assisting Publishers as they set their own rates:
Consulting, Writing, Editorial Support: $ 50 per hour
Standard Typesetting (PageMaker 6.5 or above): $ 1.50 per page
Proofreading (w/out fact-checking): $ .50 per page or $25.00 per hour
Consulting Services to Local Writers on Book Printing: Cost plus 10%
