What makes a good band member?

Talk bout your educational background: where you went to school, what you majored in, favorite courses, etc.

Note: If the school is sponsored by a religious organization, it may also be appropriate to ask a question such as: "Talk about the role that faith has played in your own life? And what about the role that faith plays in the life of the school?"
