A Schedule of Royalty Payments Made to
ELP and of Payments Made by ELP to Level 1 and Level 2 Sponsors:
Below is the current ELP Sharing Schedule for Sponsors of Level-1 and Level-2 Recruits.
Upon the printing of each book, ELP will submit an invoice to the Publishing
Partner / Franchisee based upon the charges described below. When funds are
received by ELP, ELP will, in turn, make distributions to Level 1 and Level 2
Sponsors. Payments to Sponsors are based upon cash receipts actually received by ELP.

a book (for example, a particular high school's football
book is considered one edition). For the purposes of royalty payments,
back cover customization is counted as one page of advertising (cover
customization may effect printing costs) |

Products and Services on Which Shared Payments Are Not Made
to Level 1 or Level 2 Sponsors:

"Reprints"
|
Reprinted copies of "back-listed"
titles, i.e. reprints of books that are over a year old. Typically, such
reprints are expected to produced in very small quantities, if at
all. For royalty payments payable to Franchisees in the event of such
reprints, consult the Franchise Agreement. |
Please note: The above-described payments do not include
the production costs of ELP books; those costs include, but are not limited to
printing, typesetting, shipping, and set-up fees.
This schedule may be modified for the purpose of clarification, but its terms
will remain unchanged through December 1, 2004.
